Since attending Laura’s meditation class I have continued with a 20-minute daily practice that has had noticeable effects. Unlike some forms of stereotypical meditation, Laura teaches a very casual method called “Being”, her gentle and patient way of explaining the process was easy to follow and relate to. She walked the class through several guided meditations over the duration of the course with discussions after each one. It was informative to listen and learn what the other people had experienced. Attending Laura’s class and seeing first hand the benefits of strengthening your mind through meditation has motivated me to continue with my own practice and hopefully work towards experiencing a deeper more connected state of “Being”

I am surprised as I've done other courses but eventually stopped. My partner and and I do a separate practice in the morning as I normally rise earlier and make it the first thing I do. Then we both meditate together before dinner which is lovely. I think I am more tolerant and laid back, which is bringing more laughter and less reactivity to our relationship.
