Island Time Day Retreat invites you to disconnect from the world, and reconnect with yourself. It’s a time for letting go and community connection.

The space:

Your home for the day is The Wharf and surrounding area on Flinders Island. A warm cocoon mixed with the wild outdoors.

Facilitators:

Your day is led by Sofie Pugh and Laura Tilley, two best friends and yoga/meditation teachers.

Sofie has been a yoga teacher since 2015 and holds her masters in Sport Science. Raised in Denmark, her classes focus on reaching flow, creating flexibility and building strength. She brings a depth knowledge of the body and gentle and inclusive nature to her teachings.

Laura is a meditation teacher and mentor. Led by creativity and intuition, her teachings are informed by Vedic knowledge, modern neuroscience and tools to expand consciousness. She guides humans towards leading a more intentional, honest and powerful life based in Love.
